War has been raging in Ukraine for more than half a year. While Europe is preparing for an energy crisis, the Ukrainians are facing a hard winter with low temperatures. Many cities will not be able to provide heating. For this reason, Switlo is once again collecting donations for people in need. The following humanitarian goods are needed for eastern and southern Ukraine:
solid winter clothes
blankets and pillows
sleeping bags
medicine
hygiene articles
long-lasting food
We ask you to deliver the donations pre-sorted if possible. This will save you, the local helpers and the people in the Ukraine a lot of time.
If you have something to contribute, you can bring it to the Catholic Church in Aristau and to the Pfarrschüür in Oberlunkhofen on Friday, September 23 from 2 pm to 6 pm and Saturday, September 24 from 9 am to 2 pm.
